Measure the amount of leakage in duct work.

Find leaks in the air duct system using non-hazardous water based fog.
Refrigerant Charge Verification
Using digital manifold gauges, HERS rater will verify if any defects in the newly installed or existing air-conditioning system is present.
Fan Watt Draw Test
In order to avoid increased energy usage due to low airflow, the fan wat draw test will allow the HERS rater to verify appropriate airflow compliance.
System Airflow Measurement Test
In order to measure airflow efficiency, HERS rater will perform a plenum pressure matching or TEC flow grid process.
Exemption Assistance
If you are exempt to a test, the HERS rater will assist with the exemption process (including forms).
